Private Lessons, Missed Classes & Withdrawal

Private Lessons

Some of our amazing instructors offer private lessons to our dancers. Private lessons pricing vary depending on the instructor requested. Please contact the studio at 970-225-1611 (Fort Collins)  for more information and to find out available times.

Missed Classes

There are no refunds or credits for classes missed or for classes which fall on a holiday.  As appropriate and necessary, we do schedule make-up classes when classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, etc.  We are unable to allow a student to attend a different class as a make-up, since classes are both age and choreography specific.  However, in some instances, we may be able to schedule a private make up session if desired- private lesson fees will apply.

We ask, if at all possible, that you notify the Studio West Dance Center office at 225-1611 (Fort Collins) if your child will not be attending a scheduled class.

Withdrawal

*If you drop a class or classes after October 31 (fall semester) or March 31 (spring semester) you are responsible for payment of tuition and BMP fee, if applicable, for the remainder of the semester (November and December) or (April, May and ½ June) for each class dropped. The program in which you are enrolling is an ongoing 10 month program (approximately mid-August through mid-June) and is not a “session”.  If a reason arises to withdraw from all classes or drop a single class, 30 days notice must be given in writing, in person, on a withdraw request form at the front desk. The request must be made by the final day of the month.  Tuition and BMP fee, if applicable, for the following one month will be charged to your account.
