Summer Intensives

Each summer, Studio West Dance Center hosts a Summer Intensive for intermediate to advanced dancers, ages 10+. We pride ourselves on bringing elevated opportunities to Northern Colorado, so that our local dance community can be exposed to world-class training. These Intensives are open to all, not just currently enrolled SWDC students.

Intensive 2026 June 15-18 and June 22-25

For Int and Adv dancers Ages 10+

SWDC is honored to present and host Coast 2 Coast Dance Intensive. Bringing NY to LA to Ft Collins. A bi-coastal dance experience bridging the industry to ensure you are a prepared, dynamic, versatile and well versed artist.

Sample Schedule For Both Concert and Commercial Intensive Classes Mon-Thurs 9:30am – 4:00pm, and 4:00pm – 8:15pm

  • Mondays meet and greet with Guest Faculty 9:00 am  *Guest Faculty TBA
  • Wednesdays Q and A with Guest Faculty During lunch *Guest Faculty TBA

SWDC is honored to present and host Move It Or Lost It Dance Intensive. Designed to keep dancers growing in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acro, contemporary, improv and lyrical. Our goal is to prepare dancers for the wonderful, rewarding and challenging world of dance in a nurturing and motivating environment.

Sample Schedule Classes Mon-Thurs 4-8:30

Two groups Ages 5-7 and 8-9

  • 4-5 Class
  • 5-6 Class
  • 6-6:30 Break
  • 6:30-7:30 Class
